Discover how our systems can boost your production efficiency and reduce defects — tailored exactly to your needs.
IMDvista is coming to Drinktec 2025 with a strong presence: their own stand (A5-130) plus demonstrations at multiple partner booths — a great chance to see the latest inline inspection technology for preforms, bottles and closures in one place.
At Drinktec IMDvista will highlight three headline innovations that matter for producers who need repeatable quality and faster changeovers:
PECO LUX (Preform Inspection) — the newest generation of preform monitoring, now offered with calibration and advanced short-shot detection so you can catch injection issues earlier.
BOCO SCAN (Bottle Inspection) — a new line-scan approach designed to raise the bar on inline bottle inspection. Ideal for high speeds and complex bottle geometries.
CAP MASTER (Closure Inspection) — advertised as the first calibrated and validated inline closure inspection system, delivering consistent closure quality across production lines.
IMD will run standalone demos at their IMD AG booth A5-130 and will also be visible through several integrations at partner OEM booths — for example, NETSTAL (PECO LUX fully integrated, C6-361) and Sumitomo (CAP MASTER at C6-160). That means visitors can see both standalone systems and OEM-embedded solutions.
Quality inspection is no longer “nice to have” — it’s a production requirement. IMDvista’s focus at Drinktec is on calibrated, validated inline measurement and practical, low-friction integration: calibrated measurement for traceability, line-scan solutions for full-surface coverage at speed, and solutions that integrate directly into OEM lines. The practical payoff is fewer escapes, faster troubleshooting, and measurable process control.
Bring a short description (or photos/specs) of the parts you want to test — IMD staff can usually give fast, practical feedback on fit and feasibility.
If you’re evaluating OEM integrations, check the partner booths listed on IMD’s Drinktec page to compare standalone vs. embedded implementations.
